We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Malaysia team in supporting our business development and operations efforts. This role is key to ensuring the smooth handling of sales application processes and maintaining accurate records across the board.
Responsibilities
- Review and process sales application documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a well-organized system for storing application forms, contracts, merchant data, and other documentation
- Double-check all application submissions from the Business Development (BD) team before passing them to the Operations team
- Update and maintain our productivity tracker by consolidating daily BD updates (received via WhatsApp) into Google Sheets
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant experience in fintech, payments, strategy, management consulting, or a tech / start-up environmentStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and process managementA collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentialityAbility to work with stakeholders across different levels and functionsBudget - Up to MYR 3,500Seniority level
