Purchasing Executive

Supplier Identification and Management :

Research, identify, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

Contract Negotiation :

Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, delivery, and payment terms.

Purchasing Strategy :

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's objectives.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management :

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure a continuous supply of necessary materials without overstocking.

Budget Management and Cost Control :

Develop and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective sourcing.

Compliance and Risk Management :

Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Reporting and Analysis :

Regularly report on procurement activities, supplier performance, and budget status.

Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement activities with overall business goals.

Requirements for a Procurement Manager

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Skills :

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
