What You’ll Be Doing :
Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and management accounts.
Record daily sales, booking income, and payment collections from the badminton and pickleball courts.
Monitor and reconcile online booking transactions (e.g., QR Pay, eWallet, cash).
Manage petty cash and staff claims.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and maintenance vendors for billing and payment matters.
Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for the courts and café (if any).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Support administrative or HR tasks when needed (e.g., staff attendance, payroll data).
Who We’re Looking For :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or anything related
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in sports, hospitality, or retail is an advantage).
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or Excel-based systems).
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin .
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
