This is a full-time, paid programme designed to fast-track your growth into a future leader in hospitality. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across departments, properties, and even countries — gaining real-world experience, working on meaningful projects, and being mentored by the best in the business.
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a background in hospitality, business, or related fields
- You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- You communicate well — especially in English, both spoken and written
- You’re adaptable, open to new ideas, and not afraid to try things outside your comfort zone
