Logistic Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanExperience : Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations. Language : Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential, for liaising with Chinese clients. Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, customs clearance, and Incoterms. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all documentation and coordination related to freight forwarding (import / export).
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters for scheduling and booking shipments.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping records, reports, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant shipping and customs regulations.
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to manage logistics operations smoothly.
- Negotiating freight rates, planning shipment schedules, and ensuring order completion within KPIs
- Track costs and assist in optimizing the logistics and shipping budget.
