  • 行銷、媒體、傳播、設計、新聞或相關領域的文憑 / 學士學位。
  • 至少 2 年數位行銷、影片製作、平面設計和內容寫作經驗，最好是在醫療保健領域，並接觸過傳統媒體和公關。
  • 精通 Adobe Premiere Pro、Final Cut Pro、CapCut、Photoshop、Illustrator、Canva。
  • 深入了解社群媒體平台、SEO、SEM、Google Analytics 和醫療保健溝通標準。
  • 出色的說故事、文案和視覺傳達技巧。
  • 能夠管理多個專案、在緊迫的期限內完成工作並報告現場活動。
  • 具有較強的英語和馬來語口頭和書面溝通能力。
  • 富有創造力、積極主動、適應趨勢、注重細節。

職位描述

  • 為社群媒體、醫院網站、電子報和活動策劃、製作、設計、編輯和發布多媒體內容（影片、圖形和文章）。
  • 與醫生合作開發準確、引人入勝的教育內容（文章、資訊圖表、健康提示、宣傳活動、解釋影片）。
  • 為總部和子公司製定並實施跨社交媒體、Google Ads 和其他線上平台的行銷活動。
  • 監控活動表現、分析結果並提出參與度和知名度改善建議。
  • 參加並報告醫院活動、商業社會責任計劃、健康意識倡議和內部員工活動。
  • 設計視覺材料，包括社交媒體貼文、小冊子、傳單、彩旗、廣告看板和簡報。
  • 執行相關部門的指示，支持醫院的媒體、宣傳和推廣活動。
