Sales Engineer (HVAC)

Penerangan pekerjaanEducation : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline. Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role is preferred (HVAC) Technical Skills : Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products being sold, including software, hardware, and engineering principles. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to assess customer needs and develop solutions that address their challenges. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Computer Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Office and AutoCAD. If candidate is familiar with Revit will be and added bonus.
Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical knowledge and support for products and solutions, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, prepare proposals, and demonstrate products.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Product Demonstrations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Solution Development : Work closely with customers to configure or customize products to meet their specific requirements.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Training : Provide training and support for clients on product usage and best practices.
- Feedback Loop : Communicate customer feedback to product development teams to guide improvements and new features.
