What you’ll be working on
- Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance team across various business lines.
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining legal and compliance documents, including contracts and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed and Easily retrievable through proper maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing and coordinating required documentation for new clients and business partners.
- Track key deadlines and assist in the timely preparation of recurring compliance submissions and internal reports.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to facilitate document collection and information gathering.
- Assist with general secretarial duties including drafting simple cover letters, updating trackers, and scheduling meetings.
- Provide basic translation support between English and Chinese (Mandarin), as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in handling sensitive information.
What we’re looking for
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent. A university degree is not required.Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proactive, dependable, and a strong team player.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with regional counterparts in Hong Kong and China.What we offer / What’s in it for you
