Key Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks delegated by the Assistant Manager / Manager / Supervisor and Overseas BJ team.
• Identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations.
• Participate fully in the team, attending regular meetings and providing feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 / Supervisors as advised.
• Handle inquiries / issues from global customers.
• Address complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services.
• Demonstrate strong people skills and navigate difficult situations calmly.
• Possess a solutions mindset to find effective resolutions for customers.
• Exhibit excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
