Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Diploma in Business Administration, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Food Science / Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–4 years of working experience in compliance, auditing or ISO management systems. Familiarity with ISO / IEC 17021. Strong understanding of ISO standards and system implementation. Experience liaising with certification bodies or external auditors is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external parties. Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the company's management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc.).
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements and external certification standards.
- Track validity and renewal timelines of company certifications to ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation body requirements.
- Liaise with certification bodies on system-related matters when required.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including closure of non-conformities.
- Conduct internal briefings and provide guidance on compliance with management system procedures.
- Manage and update compliance-related documentation, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory changes.
- Support management with reporting, reviews and other compliance-related assignments.
