Job Responsibilities
What you will do :
Trade Marketing & Industry PositioningDevelop and execute B2B trade marketing campaigns to enhance the company's reputation among advertisers, agencies, and media buyers.Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and communication channels.Manage and produce merchandise for the company.Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to produce compelling marketing collateral, case studies, and sales decks.Manage the company's digital presence (social media platforms, website, and newsletters) to reflect thought leadership and brand authority.Oversee submissions for industry awards, particularly in marketing, media, and digital categories.Public Relations & Corporate CommunicationsDevelop and manage PR strategies to strengthen visibility in trade media and industry publications.Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and industry stakeholders.Draft press releases, opinion pieces, and industry insights to showcase expertise and innovation.Act as company spokesperson where required, ensuring positive representation across channels.Industry Events & SponsorshipsPlan and execute participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships.Manage end-to-end event organization (independently or with third-party agencies), including client engagement activities and thought leadership panels.Support senior executives with event presentations, keynote materials, and branding.Leader's Special Projects (Project Incubation)Serve as project manager for the Leader's pilot initiatives, taking ideas from concept to execution.Translate the Leader's vision and briefs into structured project plans with defined deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team and other internal departments to bring experimental initiatives to life.Engage affiliated companies and external partners as needed to ensure seamless project execution.Track project progress, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations for scaling or pivoting.Stakeholder Collaboration & Internal SupportWork closely with sales, partnerships, product, and campaign teams to align trade marketing and pilot projects with business objectives.Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to deliver on marketing and special project goals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations, providing insights to the Leader and leadership team.Requirements
Who you are :
5–8 years of experience in trade marketing, corporate communications, PR, or B2B marketing.Background in advertising, media, or digital marketing industries preferred.Proven track record in event management, PR campaigns, and marketing strategy.Strong project management skills, with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans.Excellent writing, content creation, and storytelling abilities.Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, and social media management.Personal Attributes
