Penerangan pekerjaanEducation : Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate (PhD) in Biomedical, Biology, BioTechnology, Biochemistry, Life Science, Science & Technology, Medical Science, Medicine or equivalent. Experience : Preferably 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in a related field, such as medical sales in medical & healthcare. Knowledge in some of the following areas would be ideal : Clinical Laboratory, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, Biochemistry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and self-learning attitude. Determined and resourceful. Candidates with no sales experience but have the emotional competencies stated are invited to explore career opportunities with us. Must possess a valid driver’s license and preferably own a car. Ability to converse in Mandarin with business partner is an advantage.
Overview
- To execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve the agencies’ sales targets.
- To effectively communicate and promote the clinical benefit and technical performance data of our diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop / grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
- To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals so as to achieve trusting, long-lasting partnerships.
- To determine market requirements and push towards making a real and significant impact in the healthcare industry in existing and new products.
- To work closely with technical team of engineers and application specialists to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites.
