Your Commitment will include

• Sourcing and Candidate Identification : Utilize various channels to source and identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening and Evaluation : Conduct initial screenings, evaluate qualifications, and ensure alignment with role requirements. Coordinate and facilitate interviews.
• Candidate Experience : Champion a seamless, high-touch candidate journey from application through onboarding.
• Employer Branding : Drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent through compelling narratives and outreach.
• Recruitment Operations : Actively contribute to recruiting efforts, working closely with Business Managers to identify talent needs and ensure top-quality hires.
• People Operations : Support and coach in core HR functions
• Organisational Development : Foster a culture of continuous feedback and learning, and support leadership development initiatives.
• Data & Systems : Maintain HR systems and reporting, ensuring data quality, insights, and compliance with HR metrics and KPIs.
