creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer

to lead our in-house design team. You’ll be the key bridge between

Sales / Marketing and Design , managing workflow, ensuring creative alignment, and delivering high-impact visual content across digital, print, packaging, and social platforms. Responsibilities

Interpret project briefs from Sales / Marketing and assign or execute accordingly Oversee and support designers to ensure timely, high-quality output Review all work for alignment with brand and creative direction Provide clear feedback and mentorship to junior designers Manage project timelines and flag potential delays Uphold visual consistency across all touchpoints Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into compelling visuals Drive ideation and problem-solving within the creative team Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or related field 3–5 years of experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong eye for layout, typography, and branding Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
