As a Customer Service Executive at JUNANDUS (Eatnovation Sdn Bhd), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full‑time role is based in our Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur office, where you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer service team.
What you’ll be doing
Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborating with partners, marketplaces, and logistics team to ensure orders delivered on time.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a retail customer service, or call center role.
Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak and write Mandarin will be advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
