Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field. Fresh graduates with excellent PR and Communications Skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for fresh graduate. Candidate with 2 to 3 years working experience in PR / marketing / events (mall or retail environment) are encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages (Mandarin / Tamil / Chinese Dialects) will be an added advantage. Creative thinker, strong event-management mindset, high attention to detail. Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Role Description
- Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns aligned to the mall’s brand positioning and business objectives.
- Support advertising, promotions and event planning : coordinate themed promotions, mall-wide events
- Maintain strong tenant relations.
- Coordinate with internal departments.
- Record and maintain customers database.
- Monitor media coverage and campaign results.
- Manage crisis communication or urgent media issues as they arise.
- Must be able to do sales talk and have strong convincing skills.
