We're looking for a bright, ambitious individual to join our team. You'll get hands-on experience in every stage of the employee lifecycle, from helping new hires settle in to preparing high-potential talent for leadership roles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Talent Management : You'll assist with Job Analysis and Competency Profiling, helping us understand what it takes to succeed in each role. You'll also be a key player in our Succession Planning efforts, helping identify future leaders and create development plans to get them there.
• Talent Development & Onboarding : You'll help build and run our learning and development programs. This includes everything from helping identify training needs and coordinating sessions to managing our Learning Management System (LMS) and working with external training providers. You'll also be instrumental in making sure our new hires have a great start through our onboarding program.
• Culture & Engagement : You'll help us create a vibrant and positive work environment. You'll assist with developing and executing employee engagement activities and help shape our company's culture.
