JOB SUMMARY
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to final candidate selection.
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and attract candidates using diverse methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
- Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Support the coordination and execution of recruitment events, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.Proven ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to build strong relationships and influence both hiring managers and candidates.High level of professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Job Type : Full-time
