Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Provide excellent sales services to existing and potential customers including sales call, follow up and appointment arrangement.Manage day-to-day customer requests for quotation and information.Received and acknowledge order from customer, issue work order and etc.To co-ordinate and follow up with internal & external parties on the delivery status and commitment date of all parts.Work closely with the internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.Providing administrative support involving efficient filing system.Other duties as assigned by the Superior as and when needed.

A candidate with at least SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field and fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.Good communication and written skills in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.Good interpersonal, customer-oriented and a great team player.Must be aggressive, ambitious and result-driven.Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Must possess own transport.Benefits of this role :
