Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Georgetown. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial reports, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial advice to management. Day-to-day tasks include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, overseeing internal controls, and collaborating with external auditors. This role requires expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management and reporting skills
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal controls
• Experience with transaction processing and account reconciliationExcellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Experience in the property development industry is an advantage
