Hardware Design Engineer

Turn electronic design into schematic, PCB layout, and a final working product that meets product specifications. Research, design, prototype build, testing and debugging, and product qualification. Prepare technical documents for design reviews and project updates. Participate in other technically related work as directed by upper management or required by the company. Qualifications

PhD, Master, or Bachelor of Electrical and / or Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Experience

Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals. Experience in electronic design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and circuit troubleshooting. Hands-on design experience in university, college, or professional work. Senior position : minimum 5 years in a relevant field. Junior position : minimum 2 years in a relevant field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Hands-on design experience with Digital Multimeters, Analog Data Acquisition, and Source & Measurement Units (SMU) is advantageous. Skills

Ability to turn electronic design into schematic, PCB layout, debugging, and a final working product. Ability to perform tests and measurements, and soldering skills. Effective communication with all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
