Driving Key Performance Metrics for the assigned Business Entities (Region / Site / Language Groups) Ensure visibility by providing meaningful insights to stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner Highlight risks / raise alerts on any delays / derailments experienced while driving business results Ensure adherence to WFM processes Identify and drive process improvements that have a positive impact on business results, client and employee experience Collaborate with colleagues and client – within WFM and Operations to drive business outcomes Understanding of WFM

Qualifications / Desired Skills

Good Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong ownership and can-do attitude, able to deal with ambiguity Knowledge of WFM tools is an added advantage Sound knowledge of WFM, real-time monitoring and scheduling (optional for Ops TL) Knowledge of Ops metrics and revenue improvisation
