Responsibilities :
- To manage the daily operation of the shopping mall in areas of retail lots leasing, building operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security and promotional activities.
- Monitor and manage the mall's income collection, rental aging record status and maintain stringent tenancy management policies.
- To source and secure new potential tenants to have a good retail trade mix in the shopping mall.
- Maintain good communication and business relations with tenants to enhance good landlord-tenant relationship.
- Understand and complies with Government Regulations required for shopping mall operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.Possess good presentation skills with strong business networking, negotiation skill, leadership quality, personal integrity and strong analytical skill.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
