Director of Marketing & Communications (Pre-opening) - Waldorf Astoria
Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Participate in formulating online promotion strategies and selecting overseas media platforms based on overseas investment and development goals.
- Plan and expand media channels to assist the company in achieving its overseas market expansion goals.
- Participate in formulating overseas online planning plans and strategies, and provide opinions and suggestions.
- Develop and implement annual media placement budgets and plans, and evaluate market performance and budget execution.
- Promote channel placement plans, landing page design and copywriting, and data model improvement.
- Be responsible for collecting and analyzing project promotion data, and propose strategies to improve placement based on market conditions.
- Provide data analysis reports regularly, and continuously optimize performance in real time; produce and submit reports completely, accurately, and promptly.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese Literature or Journalism / Communication related majors.Over 5 years of experience in copywriting for new media platforms (Weibo, WeChat, etc.), familiar with online expression methods, and with team management experience.Outstanding writing and editing skills, able to independently complete original content writing and pseudo‑original content editing.Experience and ability in building and operating platforms such as TK and Xiaohongshu, as well as developing phased content promotion strategies.Ability to optimize media placement plans, analyze various online marketing data, and evaluate and monitor marketing goals and costs.Strong data analysis and integration capabilities.Seniority level
