Responsibilities :

• Ensure all paperwork is in order and complies with company policies.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Goods form IATA & IMDG, and Pre-alert to Customers.
• Manage import and export procedures.
• Handle customs requirements and documentation such as ZB1, ZB2, K8, K2 & K1.
• Liaise and communicate with port management, including requesting CMR (Container Movement Request).
• Communicate with customers and clients, resolving any complaints.
• Coordinate with customer order management on order fulfillment and related issues.
• Liaise with customers, transporters, shipping lines, air freight, ocean freight, and freight forwarders.
• Monitor and coordinate transportation and trucking to ensure timeliness.
• Maintain meticulous records of shipment information.
• Perform data entry and other related assignments.
