This role requires a skilled HR professional fluent in Japanese to provide support within a shared services center for a growing retail company. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the human resources department in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Japanese-speaking employees and stakeholders.
- Support the administration of HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all HR-related activities.
- Translate HR documents and communications between Japanese and English as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in the system.
- Participate in projects to enhance HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide support in audits and compliance reviews for the human resources department.
Profile
A successful HR Operation Associate (Japanese Speaker) should have :
Fluency in both Japanese and English , written and spoken, is essential for effective communication across regional teams. JLPT N2 is required; JLPT N1 is highly preferred.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience working in a shared services center or HR function in the retail industry is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.Job Offer
