Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including personnel data maintenance, contract creation, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and exit formalities, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Implement and administer HR policies in alignment with company and local statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date employee records and support audits and regulatory reporting.
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads, support recruitment and selection processes, conduct induction programs, and oversee training and development activities including performance appraisals.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and diversity & inclusion (D&I) programs. Act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
Utilize HRIS and tools such as Oracle HCM and ticketing systems for accurate data entry and query resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and provide timely reporting and insights to support business decisions.
