Human Resources (HR) Functions :
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Arrange interviews and prepare offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training schedules for new employees.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll data (attendance, overtime, claims, deductions).
- Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and leave administration.
Administrative Functions :
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.Handle maintenance and servicing of office equipment.Maintain proper filing systems for company documents.Draft and manage correspondence, memos, and reports.Support management in any ad-hoc administrative and operational task
