About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR cum Admin professional to join our dynamic team at Memoires Events Management Sdn Bhd. This full-time role will be based in Puchong, Selangor and will play a crucial part in supporting our growing business through the provision of comprehensive HR and administrative services.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Managing the company's administrative processes, such as coordinating office supplies, equipment and facilities
  • Providing support and guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar senior HR cum administrative role, preferably in the events management or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
