Job Description :

## Roles & Responsibilities :

## Align key Compensation & Benefits programs across all locations and provide guidelines for regional / local stakeholders to execute the programs in the respective areas.

## Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input.

## Perform job evaluation and job mapping exercise when it is deemed necessary.

## Support in the refreshment of salary ranges for all roles globally for the purpose of hiring, annual increases, and talent management.

## Manage global annual performance review cycle, salary increase, performance bonus and promotion exercises.

## Manage the renewal of applicable benefits programs.

## Ensure that total rewards practices comply with local laws and regulations of each country of employment.

## Acts as a point of contact for global mobility of key talent movements and ensure management of data.

## Oversee international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments

## Coordinate logistics for international moves with regional / local HR teams.## ## Ideal Candidate :

## Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.

## Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with HR business partnering experience.

## Experience in rewards management including total rewards strategy development, job evaluation, benchmarking / job pricing, design (compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, etc.) and international mobility.

## Experience in working with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.

## Demonstrated success in partnering across all HR functions with strong delivery of HR projects and initiatives.To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your interest for this role.
