Role Summary :
The Digital Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving Gambit Group's digital marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and engaging our target audiences across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, website, email marketing, etc.
- Manage and enhance the company & Group CEO's digital platforms, including website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, curate, and oversee content development (articles, posts, visuals, videos) that align with the brand voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like social media insights.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Identify trends, insights, and competitor activity to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors / agencies to deliver impactful digital initiatives.
- Support corporate branding, public relations, and communications where digital integration is required.
- Assist superior with other marketing tasks such as events, activations, and campaigns.
- Document company and Group CEO's day-to-day activities (events, seminars, trainings) and repurpose into bite-sized content.
- Set up and lead a dedicated podcasting division, driving its strategy, content development, and execution.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads).Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing tools).Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong communication and writing skills with creative flair.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience in both B2B & B2C marketing and corporate branding.Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) will be an added advantage.Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva).
