Research & Generate Leads
- Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and prospects in order to identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold-calling, management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers.
- Propose, develop and leverage on digital content on all of the company’s platforms in order to generate leads.
Account Management to Achieve Sales Targets
Build, maintain and nurture client relationships, especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers, with a purpose to grow morebusiness with those clients.Accurately identify, diagnose and follow up with client needs to develop business opportunities.Support proposal development to meet prospect needs and requirements.Track and update everyday business development activities according to company’s internal systems and processes.Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business.Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned.Collaborate with the company's project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process in order to secure repeat business.Support Systems and Processes :
