Overview
The Manager, Central Region is responsible for supporting the AGM Central Region in executing sales plans and activities for the mobile dealer community and account managers. This role involves monitoring on-ground activities for all dealers and assessing competitors' market offerings. Additionally, the Manager is accountable for achieving Unifi Mobile sales targets within the assigned area or zone. Key Responsibilities
Focusing on establishing new Open Channel segments (Traditional and Non-Traditional Dealers, Modern Trade, Alternate Channel) in designated territory. Implement and execute state postpaid, prepaid and device sales campaign into Open Channel / Dealers via training, coaching, information and results sharing to business owners. Visiting Open Channel / Dealers outlets as per schedule planning (Account Management) and helping to resolve day to day operational matters. Working closely with Distributors (Prepaid, Postpaid). Responsible for identifying sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Conduct competitive research to establish competitor strategies and develop countermeasures to increase sales for the assigned territory. Coordinate territory sales activities, promotion and ensure synergy with other departmental and state sales activities to maximize resources. Manage and execute dealer’s product training program related to Unifi Mobile. Assign, monitor and co-ordinate tasks required to ensure successful implementation of sales campaigns and POSM brand visibility within the assigned territory / state. Ensure targets of direct and indirect Open Channel / Dealers are met. Ensure Sales agent / Business owners receive necessary training required to maximize sales. Ensure optimum service and productivity levels are achieved and always maintained. Candidate Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales / Marketing or related field Passion to meet people and do sales We Value
Minimum 5-10 years of working experience in Sales or related field Good communication and engagement skills with people Strong knowledge and exposure in telco dealer trade will an added advantage Location
