Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and variances.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful FP&A Manager should have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and its financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results.
