Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in administrative work and office maintenance.
- Generating and processing invoices accurately and promptly.
- Handling customer / vendor inquiries about billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate billing documentation and records.
- Supporting general administrative tasks related to billing and finance.
- Ensure transactions follow regulations with proper records.
- Audit stock, manage warehouse inventory, and handle delivery documents.
- Keep supplies organized, maintain files, and assist with calls and emails.
- Coordinate with vendors to keep the office stocked and running smoothly.
What We're Looking For :
Education : Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting or any related field.Experience : At least 3 years in a similar role.Languages : Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking Vendor / Suppliers.Skills : Strong in MS Office, SQL System, problem-solving, and teamwork.
