Retail Assistant ( IOI City Mall 2 )

Job Responsibilities

Manage café operations strategy planning to achieve the Company objectives, and sales target Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Make employment decisions consistent with the Company’s guidelines for approval or review Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an accurate, organized and timely manner To ensure all supplies, equipment, tools and work station are kept in clean excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs Ensure all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures Comply with federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests Assist and lead the daily, weekly and monthly reporting activities Attend scheduled meetings at HQ and conduct daily, weekly and monthly briefings at outlet level Works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility Provide support on solving café operations problem and issues Perform any other duties that are assigned to you from time to time and to follow all the rules and regulations set by the Company Job Requirements

Must possess at least SPM or its equivalent Minimum 5 years of working experience Previous experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skill Good problem solving and strong analytical skills Able to work under pressure and willing to work long hours including weekend and public holiday Display creativity and initiative in carrying out duties Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia Job Benefits
