Overview
Manages the day to day operations of a retail store, directs and oversees all store functions. Drive sales and maximize profitability by implementing sales strategies. Communicate information on sales goals and targets to the team on continuous basis. Set KPIs and drive improvements in sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Deliver operations excellence by executing and maintaining Store SOP at all times including but not limited to store opening & closing, cost control, roster & manpower planning, visual merchandising, POS, and inventory. Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance and build a strong sale & service business culture within the workplace. Identify operational issues and implement effective, timely solutions. Deliver clear performance reports and insights to Senior Management.

Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Strong people management, excellent interpersonal skills, and service orientation.Must be willing to work according to retail operation hours and on public holidays.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.Application questions
