Software Support engineer

Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior L3 Support Developer – Web to join our dynamic Digital Banking team. This role is ideal for tech enthusiasts looking to grow in the support and development domain with exposure to mission-critical digital banking applications.

As part of the L3 Support team, you will be responsible for incident resolution, bug fixes, enhancements, and backend support for web-based applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations to ensure seamless application performance and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3 support for digital banking web applications and resolve issues escalated from L1 / L2 support teams.
• Analyze and debug front-end and back-end issues.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver bug fixes and small enhancements.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Participate in root cause analysis and help improve application stability.
• Assist in application deployment and post-release validations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for support activities and known issues.
