We are a boutique law firm in Ipoh seeking a dedicated and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions, including sub-sale, developer projects, refinancing, and perfection of transfer / charge.
- Draft, review, and advise on sale & purchase agreements, loan agreements, and other related documents.
- Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, land offices, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of transactions and compliance with all statutory requirements.
