Job Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial consolidation, reporting, and compliance across our Group of Companies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment in all financial matters.
This position will be a contract position to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate group budgets and forecasts, prepare clear reports and dashboards, and analyze budget vs. actual variances for management review.
- Coordinate and review financial consolidation and reporting from subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Group standards.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation, manage tax compliance requirements, and liaise with external consultants on complex tax matters.
- Develop, implement, and update finance operating policies and procedures, strengthening internal controls across the Group’s finance function.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports, providing the GCFO with clear, insightful materials for management and Board presentations.
- Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and timely delivery of financial reports and compliance obligations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / MIA) preferred.At least 8–10 years’ experience in finance, including exposure to group consolidation and reporting.Good knowledge of budgeting, transfer pricing, taxation, and financial reporting standards (MFRS / IFRS).Experience in drafting and implementing finance policies and procedures.Prior exposure to oil & gas, services, or group-level corporate structure is an advantage.Job Details
