If you’re smart, adaptable, and eager to grow in Talent Acquisition, this is the place to do it. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage. Source creatively via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and non-traditional channels. Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities. Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, constructive feedback. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Track pipelines, maintain hiring dashboards, and continuously improve processes. Stay on top of hiring trends and market insights to adapt sourcing strategies. What We’re Looking For Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles. Strong academic background with proven intellectual ability (CGPA / results that show consistency and effort). Smart, resourceful, and adaptable – you learn fast, handle ambiguity, and don’t need close supervision. Passionate about Talent Acquisition and eager to build a career in recruitment. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and confidence in engaging with candidates and hiring managers. A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
