Product Consultation & Sales
Provide expert product recommendations based on skin type and concerns.Explain product benefits, usage, and application techniques.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Demonstrations & Applications
Perform product demonstrations and basic makeup / skincare applications.Educate customers on proper skincare routines and product combinations.Inventory & Merchandising
Assist in stock monitoring and replenishment.Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.Follow company guidelines for promotional displays and new product launches.Operational Support
Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges professionally.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter or treatment area.Ensure compliance with store policies and company standards.Professional Consultation
Attend to customer enquiry (phone call and walk in) by giving excellent customer care and servicesPerform Speed Mapping analysisServe & build rapport with customersHandle customer complaintsFollow standard grooming & SQ & Employee handbook guidelinesJob Requirements
