Supply Logistics :

• Coordinate and track incoming shipments by preparing shipment arrival documents including NOT.
• Review and verify all shipping charges and custom clearance duties.
• Manage import shipments from Global to Singapore & Malaysia.
• Review and submit order and issue Purchase Order to Brands partner.
• Proactively communicates with Demand Planner, Warehouse, Transporter, Forwarder and Marketing team.
• Manage Inbound discrepancies.
• Manage Malaysia bundling (Article creation, Update PLC, bundle PO to send to warehouse for processing, Ensure HSA & ICP updated, decoding assigned).
• Stocks transfer within Storage location (MIGO).
• Assist with reports (Supply tracker, tracking shipments, consolidate discrepancies, outbound freight details).
