Job Accountabilities

Spearhead the development of new products, services, and business models addressing market and customer needs.
Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure commercial viability, technical soundness, and ESG compliance.Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings and solutions.Strategic Corporate & Business DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate commercial and strategic partnerships, investments, and new market entry opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with regulators, industry partners, and investors to support long-term business growth.Develop go-to-market strategies for new ventures and offerings.Transformational LeadershipSupport business transformation initiatives focused on operational resilience and process excellence.

Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.Qualifications. Required Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.At least 15 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, product development, and business development.Experience in the construction industry, concrete & cement technology.Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business outcomes.Familiarity with sustainability.Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing, supply chain dynamics, and market forces.Strong project and change management capability.High proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and navigate complex environments.Business development acumen with commercial orientation.Innovation mindset and adaptability.Execution-oriented with a transformation mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
