Overview
We are seeking for a Head of Organisational Development & Culture . This role is pivotal in shaping the organisation's long-term success by developing and executing strategies related to talent, culture, and business readiness. The successful candidate will report to senior leadership and act as a key advisor in all matters of organisational health and effectiveness.
Key areas of focus
- Strategic Workforce Planning : Direct the company-wide strategy to align our talent pool with future business objectives.
- Organisational Development : Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that optimize our structure and build a high-performance culture.
- Change Management : Drive large-scale change and increase organisational agility, providing guidance and coaching to senior management.
- People Analytics : Use data to measure the impact of people initiatives and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master’s degree and / or professional certifications are an asset.A minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic HR, organisational development, or business transformation, with proven enterprise-wide scope.Demonstrated expertise in succession planning, workforce strategy, and culture transformation.Demonstrated expertise managing organisational development for white collared & blue collared employees in a medium sized company setting (500 to 1000 employees)A track record of success in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.Previous experience within a heavy industry or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.Experience with business expansion or M&A is beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
