JOB SUMMARY

VML Malaysia is seeking a passionate and proactive Designer / Senior Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a budding talent eager to gain hands-on agency experience, translating creative briefs into compelling visual solutions across digital and integrated campaigns.

JOB SCOPE

• Design Asset Creation : Produce a wide range of digital assets (e.g., social media graphics, display banners, website elements, presentations) and support print collateral.
• Concept Support : Contribute to brainstorming, ideation, and visual research for creative campaigns.
• Brand Guardianship : Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers from concept to delivery.
• File Management : Maintain organized project files and ensure assets are production-ready.
• Continuous Learning : Actively seek to learn new design techniques, software, and industry trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
