Job Responsibilities :
Plan, manage and execute marketing strategies that drive sales, awareness, and customer loyalty for specific store locations.Tailor national or regional campaigns to fit local preferences, needs, and cultural trends.Build strong relationships with local customers, organizations, and influencers to foster community loyalty.Plan, organize and organize local events, such as product launches, tasting event, promotions, and partnerships to create buzz around the store and its offerings (e.g., local festivals, food tastings, charity events) that helps to drive traffic and engagement with customers.Execute in-store promotions and special offers, such as discounts, happy hours, or limited-time menu items, to attract new customers and retain existing ones by implementing localised tactic such as print, leaflet, outdoor signage & ensure that all store marketing materials (e.g., posters, flyers, digital content) align with the company’s brand identity.Work with local suppliers, vendors, and partners to create exclusive offers or campaigns tailored to the region or season.Implement loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat visits and increase customer retention.Analyze customer data and feedback to refine loyalty programs and ensure they meet the needs of the local market.Foster relationships with regular customers through personalized communications and offers.Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure seamless execution of local marketing initiatives.Train and motivate staff to effectively promote in-store promotions and new products, ensuring that employees are aligned with the marketing efforts.Monitor local competitors to stay informed about their promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies.Gather insights on local market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for differentiation and growth.Utilize customer surveys and feedback to understand local preferences and improve marketing tactics.Plan and manage local advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to local channels and negotiate with local media outlets to secure the best rates and placements for advertising.Ensure that ads and messaging are tailored to the local audience, reflecting the community's values and preferences.Track the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), such as foot traffic, sales growth, and social media engagement.Provide regular reports on local marketing activities to senior management, offering insights on what worked, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future campaignsOther Requirements :
