Responsibilities
- Manage and process the full cycle of monthly payroll, including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, etc.).
- Administer Group Hospitalisation & Surgical and Personal Accident insurance, including claims processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both HR systems and physical files.
- Draft and issue HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters, movement letters, and disciplinary letters).
- Partner with Business Units on employee disciplinary issues and provide HR advisory support.
- Verify and process employees’ leave records, timesheets, overtime claims, and staff reimbursements.
- Serve as the company’s representative in dealings with the Labour Office, Industrial Relations Department, and other authorities, ensuring alignment with current HR regulations and best practices.
- Manage foreign workers’ permit renewals and liaise with agents on related matters.
- Coordinate and arrange staff training, including food handling certification, to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration / Management, Psychology, or equivalent.Proficient in HR2000 and Microsoft Office applications.Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related HR field; experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.Fluent in English and local Chinese dialect(s) preferred.A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.#J-18808-Ljbffr
