Senior Human Resources & Payroll Executive
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations with a focus on payroll administration, claims management, recruitment and labour costing . This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent compliance knowledge and the ability to balance operational efficiency with employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Claims Management
Manage full-cycle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
Oversee employee claims, allowances and reimbursements in line with company policies.
Conduct payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll-related queries.
2. Recruitment & Hiring
Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and high-turnover positions.
Ensure smooth employee induction and orientation programs.
3. Labour Costing & HR Analytics
Track, analyze and report on labour costs to support business planning and budgeting.
Provide insights on workforce productivity, cost per hire and turnover metrics.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases.
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Labour Laws and company policies.
Support HR policy implementation and employee relations matters.
Assist in audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience with strong payroll and recruitment exposure.
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in HR / payroll systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Integrity and attention to detail.
