JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
To assist and find new potential customer / business for the company.
Prepare Quotation / Costing / Sales Order (SO) , as well as SO processing using in-house format system and checking the SO before submitting to Finance and Production.
Ensure all the quotation submission will be follow up before customer dateline.
Handle customer enquiries, provide technical support, solving customer issue - follow up and close accordingly.
Present sales, revenue and expenses report plus realistic forecasts to the management team.
To take up any other duty from time to time, by the management
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
Required skill (s) : Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Communication Skill, Self motivated, independent and aggressive, able to prioritize multi task, and good interpersonal skill.
Willing to learn new job / task
Diploma / Degree of any discipline
